The Flamestrider Robe

Tonight I finally got the pants I needed to get my druid to look her best in her Flamestrider robes. Yes, some robes do require special attention when picking your pants.

This type of outfit is a bit lighter than what I usually go for. I tend to want armor that is somewhat realistic for what the character is doing. But since this character spends most of the time she’s adventuring in cat form it feels realistic. Whatever she’s wearing she won’t get cold or lack the armor she needs to fight.

Most of the items used require level 60 or less, so the post is tagged for the “Look nice lvling” category.

Here’s a list of the items used for the outfit:
Shoulder: Fireguard Shoulders (Level 60)
Chest: Flamestrider Robes (Level 47)
Hands: Red Whelp Gloves (Level 19)
Belt: Hillman’s Belt (Level 20)
Legs: Jinxed Hoodoo Kilt (Level 44)
Boots: Treads of Aspiring Heights (Level 72, but any brown-ish boots will do)
Staff: Draenic Wildstaff (Level 70, for druids there is a lvl 20 option)

The Flamestrider Robes is the same model as the combination of the Jinxed Hoodoo Kilt and the Jinxed Hoodoo Skin. For transmog inspiration on the Jinxed gear look here.

  1. As per usual, very nice look there!!

  2. Oooh, clever clever to use the same-styled kilt underneat the robe so as to be “pantsless” :D
Those shoulders are just perfect for this robe, too.

The shoulders was one of those lucky items. I had no plan on getting them, but when I did I noticed how well they go with the robe. :)

  3. Navimie says:

That is a great idea of the kilt under the robe!

  4. Erinys says:

Love those robes, just need mine to drop! Looking great as always :)

I’m also a big fan of the Robe. As you can see here, that was the basis for my first transmog for Siori.
